Welcome to Sum It Up!

Like so many other investors out there, I started consuming a lot of Warren Buffett’s wisdom and this led me to do a lot of reading since Warren Buffett has talked numerous times about how he reads all day and how important that was to his success.

Then there is his business partner, Charlie Munger, who says, “In my whole life, I have known no wise people (over a broad subject matter area) who didn't read all the time -- none, zero. You'd be amazed at how much Warren reads--and at how much I read. My children laugh at me. They think I'm a book with a couple of legs sticking out.”

So I followed their advice but now after many years of trying to read as much as possible, and sometimes rushing through too quickly, I decided to read everything a little bit slower in order to better understand it.

And that’s what this newsletter is about.

Its goal is to do three things:

1. Bring your attention to ideas and reading material that you may not have come across but may find very interesting.

2. Summarize it for you to better understand.

3. Save you time in your day since all of our days move so fast and our time is so limited.

With that being said, I hope you will hit the subscribe button and join me.
